Focus on Analytical Skills: The interview emphasized the analytical aspects of the job, which I found particularly insightful. The questions delved into the core requirements of the role, showcasing the company's commitment to finding candidates with a strong analytical mindset.
Clear Expectations: The recruiter made it clear that proficiency in Excel and a good understanding of SQL were mandatory for the position.

Question 1
Ability to work autonomously with large data sets.
Was given an online assessment, followed by a short call with HR.
During the call, HR seemed like she was not prepared. Did not even ask me to introduce myself and just asked how my job search is going (weird?). Took the liberty to introduce myself etc., and then she just asked do you have any questions for me? Asked her a few questions, then she just proceeded to explain what the next stage of the interviews would be and what I could expect. Said that she would get back soon, all of it took around 20 minutes (would be a 5-minute interview if I did not try to extend the conversation LOL).
They came back with an automated rejection email with no feedback 2 weeks later.

Question 1
How is your job search?
HR seems like she did not have any questions for me, not even about my past experience
Multiple round interview with recruiter, then several members of the team. Each interview has a different theme and is testing various characteristics. The feedback was quick between rounds but can sometimes take awhile to schedule each interview as they find availability.
