Revolut Operations Manager interview questions

A entrevista (screening) foi bem tranquila. Quem fez foi um recrutador indiano, então foi tudinho em inglês. A expectativa era durar até 30 minutos, a minha durou pouco mais de 20. Primeiro ele contou sobre a Revolut e sobre a vaga (função, desafios, way of working) e abriu para possíveis dúvidas. Depois ele fez algumas perguntas mais superficiais sobre minha formação, sobre o que eu sabia sobre a Revolut, porque eu gostaria de trabalhar lá e deixar meu emprego atual e também deu uma breve passada pelas minhas experiências profissionais (empresas e funções exercidas), mas nada super específico sobre produto. Ainda estou esperando o feedback.

There were multiple steps with the process including: A numerical test, business case, team fit interview, and a bar raiser. The test's questions were not hard, but the time limit made it challenging. The business case concerned an operational issue. Preparing for consulting cases can be helpful as it helps you understand how to structure and approach these problems, but it still requires critical thinking. The purpose of the other two interviews was to get to know each other and understand if I am a good fit.
