I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Revolut
Interview
5 different interviews within minimal feedback provided. Each different interviewer was hardly interested and asked scripted questions. Rejected at the final stage with no reasoning. I wouldn't waste your time for a company that is notorious for hire/fire. I imagine they will run out of funding soon , their fundraising round will mean very few companies can buy/acquire them in the future unless they discount it.

'Rate yourself on a scale of 10 for x'
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Revolut (Londen, Engeland) in Feb 2020
Interview
Lengthly process. Got approached in early March and took 3 months (End of May) to finally get a rejection.
It consists of:
1. 2 F2F with 2 current product owner.
2. A take-home analytical task
3. And 2 more F2F with 2 lead product owner.
4. And a final round which I was not told as I got rejected after the 4th interview.
They took more than 3 weeks to give me feedback on the analytical task.
The 3 questions that I was asked to be prepared by the recruiter with one of the lead product owner, only 1 of them was asked during the interview and I felt like I am being blindsided as I had to quickly think of something else for the other 2 and give in-depth details.

Question 1
If Revolut going to launch a mobile service (SIM card) offer, what do you think is the challenge and risk?
Thanks so much for taking the time to let us know about your interview with Revolut. There is some really helpful feedback and we'll certainly pass this on to our recruitment team, we're always looking for ways to make our candidate experience consistently great for everyone, and to make sure timelines are not too lengthy.
We'd be really appreciative if you could respond to the survey that was sent out to you, as they are linked to individual interviewers, this means we so can follow up specifically with each interviewer.

Interview
I applied for the Global Product Operations Manager (Card Payments Technology) role in April 2019 and got an email from HR 2 days later to say they wanted me to do a task. I had a week to finish the task post which there would be a face to face interview. I responded by saying that looking at the task I did not think I would be the right person for it as it required detailed coding knowledge and I didn't have any. She replied saying coding was not required and no 'technical' knowledge was required to do the task.
I submitted the task to the best of my ability only to be told the 'solution didn't hit all of the key points'.
I felt like HR just needed to tick the box/ meet their KYC to state x number of people completed the task, rather than HR actually doing their job of writing an ACCURATE job description and formulating a SUITABLE task for that job.
I thought the job description was far removed from the task and vice versa. As if they were for two very different roles.
The task was quite challenging and felt like a waste of time (and not relevant to the role I applied to at all).
The process also felt a bit impersonal as no call/ personal contact was made prior to that. Usually, tech company interviews have a HR interview prior to a case study/task.
I also felt they used candidates to provide free consulting on a case that has later come out in the news to be a challenge for them.
Overall, the recruitment process reflected a poor culture at the firm.
