Revolut Recruiter interview questions

For the first step, I had to pass a long online assessment (Logic questions, emotional test etc...). I think somehow this is not very representative of candidate´s skills and I didn't see really the point of this test, specially for a Recruiter Role. Then I had a first initial call with a Recruitment Team Leader, she explained me how works the team and I felt Revolut is a kind of "Big machine" company and not very human centered... I feel that the objective is to recruit a massive amount of profiles in a short time and also with very low salaries... (I think I was disqualified because of salary expectations) - They are trying to pay the less possible that's why they focus most of their recruitments in Poland, or Portugal... Which is a quite low-cost strategy
