Total waste of time. I was contacted by a recruiter and was skeptical about the bad reviews at first, but honestly? Every single one of them was right. There's a reason this place has insane turnover and a mountain of negative feedback, it's a circus. I made it through the whole process: screening, case study, bar raiser, team fit. The first couple rounds were fine. Recruiter was decent, the case interview was actually a good conversation. But then it fell apart. Bar raiser round interviewer was late, no apology, no explanation, clearly didn't care, Just a blank stare and a monotone voice, clearly reading off a script firing off questions like a robot with zero interest in anything I actually said. No follow-ups, no engagement. Got through anyway, whatever. Then came the team fit round, that was the worst. Senior people, supposedly. They were also late, rushed, cut me off mid-sentence constantly, and acted like I was wasting their time. When I asked my questions at the end, they gave these condescending, hollow answers like two sentences of pure ego. They clearly can't handle intellectual questions. Bottom line, unprofessional, arrogant management, zero respect for candidates. Everything you've read about this company is true. Don't bother when contacted by the recruiters. Save your time and explore opportunities somewhere else that actually take you seriously.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why should we hire you over someone else? How many hours are you willing to put in?
I was contacted through LinkedIn. The process went as follows:
1. HR call: positive experience. Mix between understanding my background deeper and giving HR information regarding the role. Recruiter was helpful, professional, and friendly.
2. Online test: positive experience. Went as expected and felt relatively easy.
3. HR call: positive experience; was briefed on next steps.
4. Take-home exercise: skipped this step
5. Business case: positive experience. Interviewer was professional, friendly and collaborative. Case was simple in design but allowed for extensive discussions.
6. Bar raiser interview: terrible experience. Stone-cold interviewer who wasn’t agile between questions and shortened the interview to a ridiculous duration. No follow-up question asked. Interviewer didn’t bother answering questions regarding his experience/the firm with any full sentence. Very confusing experience that felt like a loss of time…
