Rhenus Group Management Trainee interview questions

The process took 2 months before the interview. After the interview, there would be one day challenge on October if you pass the interview.

Interview Round 1 via Skype with HR and if you pass, they invite you to 1 day Assessment Center in Singapore. Before AC day, they also test your personality, math, and language ability through online test - time runs very fast. AC day includes 4 activities - 3 mins self-presentation (they tell this in email before you go so you can prepare this part) - test negotiation skills - group tasks - interview with C-Level. And because I'm foreigner so they also subsidize my plane ticket and accommodation costs for 250SGD.
