Ritchie Bros. Project Manager interview questions

Successful first interview with 2 project managers. Second interview with their boss. When he began questioning and realising that my experience was not at the Sr. level he was expecting, in a very abrupt and mean way terminated the interview. I was in 'shock' and left. (Btw, job description didn't call for a Senior PM).
