I had five interviews. Including two coding and ML challenges.
I was happy with every step. Interviewer were kind and supportive.
The whole interview process took almost 2 months.
The interview questions could give me a clear understanding of their products and their expectations. It was like a pre-boarding for me.

Interview
I interviewed for the Senior UX Designer role in Berlin.
Rejected because 1) I've been unemployed for about 1 year, which is expected in the tough European market, and 2) because of my nationality, given their doubt on my country of origin and not even knowing that my country is part of Europe (South). Hence, their obsession with the candidate's European nationality likely contributed to this rejection.
They should be blunt and say which nationalities are welcome to apply and which should refrain themselves from applying. That way, no time is wasted.
