I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Rockwell Automation (Milwaukee, WI) in Oct 2014
Interview
I met the recruiter at the career fair through my university. The recruiter organized a phone interview with me and sent his findings onto HR who contacted me a week or so later regarding the 2nd round. The second round of interviews was a round robin format. The first day of the process was multiple information and networking sessions. The second day of the process consisted of the actual interviews, which were two behavioral interviews and a group case study.
