I had interviews with HR, the hiring manager, and the VP, all of which went well. During my conversation with the VP, I was told that HR would reach out to me the following week, regardless of whether I was offered the job. However, two weeks passed, and I didn’t hear anything from HR. I followed up to inquire about the position and whether it had been filled, but I was completely ghosted. The interview took place on 1/22/2025, and I’ve since checked the job listing, which is no longer available. Whether they’ve filled the position (no hard feelings) or the job requirements have changed, I believe HR should have had the courtesy and professionalism to inform candidates, especially after the final interview stage.

Initial call with Recruiter, then team interview, then final interview with professional services director. They move at a glacial pace compared to other organizations with a few weeks between interviews.
