Roland Berger organizes virtual or in person interview days, where the whole process is covered in one day. The interview day consists of three interviews of around 50min each. Two of them are case studies and the last one is a personal fit interview
The process consisted of one initial fit interview focusing on my motivation and background, followed by two case interviews with consultants. The cases were market sizing and profitability-related, both automotive, and the overall atmosphere was friendly
