4 rounds with classic case interviews,2 partners 1 manager and 1 senior consultant.every interview was 45 min for case plus 15 for motivation and Q/A. 3 interviews out of 4 done in the same day. Last interviews the case is more conceptual, let say qualitative while the first three rounds are numbers-driven.the csse are pretty the same they use in mckinsey or bcg or bain

Initial screening by HR.
Assessment (math reading etc.) followed by 3 case interviews. Cases with progressively more senior staff as you pass each.

Interview
Not impressed with the human resources team. They are very robotic and impersonal. The interview was scheduled for 1.5 months later and there was no communication or onboarding call to explain the expectations. I was doing MBB and Big 4 interviews at the same time, this stood out as the worst energy.
