First phone interview with a market sizing case and then a interview at their office with two consultants. Some behavioral questions first and then two cases. The first case was the one with the milk machine and then I got one cost cutting case.

Fit interview was quite laid back, but hammering on motivation.
Case interview, it was candidate led and you should ask a lot of questions.
They really value you asking creative questions
The interview process was very quick. Got my first interview the day after I applied. The interview began with a personal fit part and then later on a shorter case part. The interviewer was nice.
