Processus classique en 3 tours de deux entretiens avec des interviewers de séniorité croissante (consultants seniors ou manager, puis managers seniors, puis partners).
Format d'entretien d'1h incluant environ 25mn de fit, 30mn d'étude de cas et 5mn de questions.
Le premier tour était particulièrement challengeant, notamment d'un point de vue analytique, et avec moins de place pour le fit et le contact humain. Les deuxième et troisième tours permettent mieux de lier contact avec l'interlocuteur et d'insister sur les expériences passées, la motivation, le plan de carrière...
Dans l'ensemble, des interviewers très sérieux et qui donnent envie de rejoindre l'entreprise !
Malheureusement, les conditions financières sont inférieures à la moyenne du marché, unique raison pour laquelle j'ai décline l'offre.

Quite bad experience overall with interruptions and cold atmostphere. In general, I had the impression from the start of the case that she does not want me to succeed in this case interview.
