I sent my resume and 3 days after i was called back for a 1 on 1 interview in Milan office. We started talkind in English and after a brief presentation of the firm the interviewer asked me about my experiences (university, work, extra, sport, etc.). Then we swaped from Engish to Italian in order to start the business cases. They were simple and sufficiently analytic. Estimation case both. It ran to fast cause interviewer was in late and had another interview 30 minutes after mine. 1 months later I called to know something and the nobody knew anything. 3 days after they called me back rejecting my application with an inconsistent reason. Unfair and strange way to act!
