1 step: Sending your CV through the online application system. Selection based on your profile (Tips: Proactive person with German knowledge). 2 step: Two typical case interviews with consultants. After general HR questions expect guesstimations, creativity questions, brainteasers, counting exercises and business case type tasks. 3. step: Interview with the leading partner about motivation and real world business happenings.
The process consisted of one initial fit interview focusing on my motivation and background, followed by two case interviews with consultants. The cases were market sizing and profitability-related, both automotive, and the overall atmosphere was friendly
