Two interviews, both composed of case and fit questions. First one was more unstructured than the second, involving an unusual market sizing question. Second case was driven more by the interviewer, which included a number of exhibits and a dump of data to process in a minute, forcing you to decide which parts of the exhibit are important.
I applied online. I interviewed at Roland Berger (Brussel)
Interview
1 screening-interview with a consultant, then 3 back-to-back interviews. These were with senior consultants, project managers, and principal. Last round is 2 partner interviews. Cases on all interviews with different difficulties.
Classic consulting interviews - fit, case and then questions
Last part is only 5 minutes but is a great way to bond with your interviewer, especially if you can relate on their experience - do not hesitate to highlight some of your qualities
