First stage -video interview. Basic questions: Why S&P, What is S&P etc.. Second stage - Two 30 minutes phone interviews - Interview divided in 3 questions. 1. Economic outlook, 2. Accounting (Ratios, WC etc..) , 3. Behavioral Third stage - Two 30 minutes interviews with directors of the company. Mostly behavioral questions
