I applied online and the recruiter sent me an email for a couple of assessments to be done. After passing the assessments, they arranged for a virtual interview (technical) with the department manager and assistant manager. However, I was not informed that there will be another assessment (done verbally after reading questions on screen) during the interview, which I was not prepared for. I think this is not quite professional no to inform the candidate as it was a full length assessment, not just a few interview questions. After passing the technical virtual interview, another face to face interview with the local manager was arranged (more like a casual talk) about yourself and the job. Even though the local manager said that reaching this stage means passing the interview already, it was only up to the candidate whether I accepted the recruiter's offer, I did not end up with any job offer. The recruiter ghosted me after my second follow up email although he promised an update.
