Technical questions are quite fundamental but broad, consisting of following parts: introducing previous projects; some basic technical questions in the field; and also talking about the future plan and expectations and so on.
The interview process was professional. First round was HR phone interview then 2 interview with team employees and team manager. last a call received from HR to discuss start date and check some details
I applied online. I interviewed at SAP (São Leopoldo, Rio Grande do Sul) in Feb 2025
Interview
I applied through SAP Careers. 4 interviews in total: 1st with HR, screening and a little bit of English (not my native language). 2nd with direct managers, all in English (but they were super comprehensive if I forgot a specific word). 3rd with the managers of my managers, all in English (also super comprehensive). 4th was the second one with HR, where she explained the salary, benefits and made a verbal offer.
The process was quick (considering the size of the company, one week per interview/invite for interview) and I felt even more excited to work at SAP because the people doing the interviews were so great and nice to talk to. Can't wait to meet them all.
