Overall great experience, but they chose 1 candidate out of 11: German Guy, who was already working for SAP.
Out of these 11 candidates 8 were already employed by SAP. So you can definitely see the pattern of them prefering their own people

Efficient and concise. Recruiter ask various scenarios questions to understand candidate's answers and reasoning. Apart from that, recruiter also went thoroughly with all the important key points of job description ad answer any questions.

First round is super basic interview screen, general questions, great recruiter.
Second is a 1:1 with a former graduate who currently is a MM/ENT AE, where they ask a lot about you and who you are more so than your sales process / experience.
Third is the all day affair. Case study on Zoom, a few 1:1's. Offer came via call from recruiter about 10 days after that.
