This was an intense interview process. The first 3 interviews were pretty informal and easy. They had a few questions they were required to ask. The all day bootcamp was really intense. 150 people you're essentially competing against split into rooms of 5-8 people. It's an all day project where you collaborate and then present on the SAP products at the end of the day.

Efficient and concise. Recruiter ask various scenarios questions to understand candidate's answers and reasoning. Apart from that, recruiter also went thoroughly with all the important key points of job description ad answer any questions.

First round is super basic interview screen, general questions, great recruiter.
Second is a 1:1 with a former graduate who currently is a MM/ENT AE, where they ask a lot about you and who you are more so than your sales process / experience.
Third is the all day affair. Case study on Zoom, a few 1:1's. Offer came via call from recruiter about 10 days after that.
