The interview process was very good. There was a phone interview with HR which gave context to the position, communicated a compensation range, and...well, interviewed me. Then there was an in person interview with another production coordinator followed by a tour, followed by a continuation of the interview by the operations and planning managers directly after the tour. They asked me what my least favorite part of my last job was, and, after I answered them, I returned the question. I think it perplexed them a bit, but they responded sincerely and with respect. It was really nice.
