The interview process at SGRI Chennai consisted of 3 technical rounds and one HR round. The interview was conducted in a very random, and adhoc manner- no respect or consideration for the candidate's time was given. Every round of the interview started atleast1.5 hours after the scheduled time! In the end, after close to three weeks, the HR tells me that they do not have a requirement for the position I applied to. Then why call for an interview in the first place?! I spent an entire day, from morning 8 to evening 6 interviewing for a position that they don't require. I hold a PhD from one of the most prestigious institutes in the country- they cannot interview me like I am a B.tech candidate fresh off the boat.
