Contacted in April of 2017 to set up a phone interview. Called me on specific date and time to speak on the phone for about a half hour. Conversational interview. Described position in more detail.

Question 1
Spoke to me on the phone in April to ask about my background and how did I know the person who worked there to recommend me. Most questions were based on my background. Spoke to me again in August to let me know I was still in the running to come in and they would set up an in person interview. Called me again in September but couldn't remember why or when they spoke to me and then I didn't hear anything after that.

Interview
First HR phone screen basic general questions about your past experiences. Next round was another phone interview with the “national sales manager”, again this round consisted of job responsibilities and what they expected out of a manager. Again basic interview, very relaxed and pretty easy
The final round your expected to give two presentations in front of a group of leadership discussing yourself and another topic. Then 3 more interviews with the “national sales managers manager, director and GM. Even though a little different type of final round of interviewing it was very relaxed and general conversations discussing the company and your past experiences.
After interviewing I felt like everything went smoothly, but apparently not. There expectations are to hire someone with national account experience at a bargain price. Expect to travel often as well! Good luck.

O Processo seletivo foi divido em três etapas:
1) Online: Preenchimento de currículo e informações pessoais
Nada que fuja do padrão de sites de recrutamento
2) Presencial na terceirizada:
Foi realizado uma entrevista na qual houve uma explicação sobre a área do estágio e a empresa, e feitas algumas perguntas. Em seguida foi realizado um teste de lógica, um de inglês e uma redação de uma folha, todos equilibrados e bem elaborados.
3)Presencial na Empresa: Fomos apresentados aos gestores da área que conversaram com os candidatos, pediram que nos apresentássemos e depois foram realizadas entrevistas individuais, no qual expuseram mais detalhes da vaga e do sistema da empresa
