Saint-Gobain interview questions

I worked at Saint-Gobain as an intern. At the end of my internship I was asked to apply online since they were hiring engineers. I applied and was given an interview a few weeks later. After the interview I was extended an offer and I accepted.

Assessment Day - firstly a lego exercise as an ice breaker, secondly the group exercise which was a small role play that lasted 1 hour where we were presented with a bonus fund that needed to be divided between several staff members. The next exercise was a presentation which was sent to Saint Gobain a week before, just a brief word document with bullet points. This lasted approximately 7 minutes, describing your skills and how this benefits the company. Finally at the end of the day a Competency based interview.
