I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Saint-Gobain (Valley Forge, PA) in May 2015
Interview
Interview process was very easy, I was hired on the spot. I interviewed with Jeff Wing, who is the Senior Accounting Leader. He is a nice guy but he can get off topic and rant about random things. If you are a sports fan I suggest that you bring that up because he will love it. If you show that you are competent that is all that is necessary.

Question 1
Previous job history, applicable skills, etc. Questions were very simple and not intimidating.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Saint-Gobain (Parijs) in Mar 2012
Interview
I interviewed with 6 people total, and the interview was quite classic, with predictable questions. I saw three people from HR, two people from the department I wanted to join and my future boss. I did not feel very challenged during the interview, felt that I had done the hardest part once my resume had gone through the screening pipeline.
Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics had the quickest turn around time from an interview process I've ever experienced. From interview to hire was under a month unlike other companies who really draw the process out. The interview was pretty standard as far as questions went, they had you speak to multiple division managers so you could learn about all aspects of the company.
