Initial recruiter screening was conducted by phone. Recruiter was professional, answered questions, etc. Job description posed red flags with respect to adequately staffing resources proportionately to the workload in JD. Benefits are ok and overstated. 401K match, PTO are not in line with market conditions compared to similar roles. RTO culture was emphasized. Company is large and boasts its revenue, global scale, career opportunities and products as best in class. However, their package is lackadaisical. There are better opportunities available with true flexibility and workload balance.
