A entrevista técnica ocorreu de forma remota e sem aviso prévio do que seria cobrado, apenas que se tratava do PowerBI. Durante a entrevista, o responsável técnico perguntou apenas fórmulas específicas da ferramenta baseando se em casos que tirou da imaginação. Claramente a equipe não se preparou para a entrevista e bolaram as perguntas no momento, sem aprofundamento e não testando conceitos, apenas técnica. Caso você não responda exatamente com o que eles tem em mente, não será recrutado.

I applied and had a telephone interview with the recruiter the next day where they went through the role and some general questions of my experience and what i was looking for. Then I had a teams interview a week later followed by a face to face interview a week after that. The recruiter was very helpful and kept me updated with feedback at all stages of the process.
