I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Dublin, Dublin) in Sep 2023
Interview
4 meetings
1. Recruiter screening
2. Hiring Manager
3. Panel (use case and presenting)
4. Meet with an RVP
Needs solid preparation, don't take it light. Talk about metrics and numbers. They want to see a good storytelling.
Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.

Question 1
Explain your sales process
How do you perform outreach
Describe a deal won
Apply via Workday, initial recruiter screening via phone call, 1:1 manager interview and introduction, then panel presentation with role play. You'll need to build and present a deck in the final stages.

Question 1
Walk me through a deal example and how you won the opportunity.
pretty easy interview. Had to do a case. It felt like it was just a formality and they put me up to it to fit into their standard processes. Not the best experience but it is what it is
