I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Salesforce in Oct 2021
Interview
Interviews with individuals, then panel interview with a presentation. The process itself a long time (several week gaps in communication were common) and from a candidate perspective, there is no transparency (although this is not unusual for interviewing in general).
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Fairly standard technical questions. Some soft questions about interacting with customers.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Minneapolis, MN) in Nov 2021
Interview
Interview process consisted of 4 rounds. 1st round was a phone interview screen with the recruiter, followed by a video interview with the hiring manager, video interview with another member on the team and the final step was a panel presentation. The panel presentation consisted of 3 directors and VP's from customer success and sales.
The process was very smooth and everyone I spoke with was very pleasant. I received feedback from the recruiter after each round and was kept informed of the next steps. All in all it was one of the better interviewing processes I've ever been through. The recruiter I worked with was phenomenal and although I did not receive a direct offer for this job, I did leave a lasting impression and was told I would be contacted in the future for another opening on the team.

Interview
Overall very professional recruitment process. I've been in a couple of recruitment processes for Salesforce - one in which the Recruitment lead at HR was fantastic in following up after each round - the other one with a Recruitment lead not following up and leaving me guessing about the preparation for the next round.
