Salesforce Business Development Representative (BDR) interview questions

The interview is in 3 steps. 1st Step: - RH screening (approx 60 min) —> Basic questions, motivations, Star questions 2nd Step: - Mock call + Competency questions (2 managers) (30min) —> Star questions 3rd Step: - Managers Interview (4 managers) (90min) —> Review mock call + Star questions + why me + motivations - Meeting with 2BDR You are well prepare by the HR team. They are really nice to you and give feedback. Don’t be afraid to act as yourself.

I applied online and received a phone interview invite 2 days later. After speaking with the recruiter i was invited to speak with a senior recruiter via phone call. Then i went to the office in SF and had a panel interview. Got a feedback in few days. Very simple and straight forward process
