Salesforce Sales Development Representative (SDR) interview questions

Was good and well organised. Had first round with hiring manager followed by case study round with panel. Process was clearly defined and all material for preparation was shared in advance.

The interview process was straightforward and welcoming. It had two rounds: an initial HR screening and a final panel interview with two people. HR provided useful Salesforce materials to prepare. The final interview included a ‘Teach Me’ presentation, where I explained a topic of my choice, followed by behavioral questions. The panel was friendly, and the process felt supportive rather than high-pressure.
