I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce in Jan 2019
Interview
Because I am a remote employee, I had phone conversations with the direct line manager, his manager and two conversations with someone who would be my peer. Following those, I was invited to present for an hour on a hypothetical RFP situation that was provided to me. Through this final exercise, it awarded me not only the opportunity to prove myself, my thought process and approach, but also boost confidence that I was a good candidate for the position and would be able to perform. While challenging, I really enjoyed the exercise and whole interview process.
