Clear and straight forward process. My only frustration was after my 2nd interview, I was told I would be contacted either way about whether I moved on, and I was not contact. I had to follow up a number of times with my assigned contact Salesforce contact to find out my status.
I interviewed at Salesforce (Seattle, WA) in Nov 2024
Interview
It was straightforward. Recruiter call, hiring manager call, peer interviews, panel interview. The recruiter was very welcoming and nice. The hiring manager was more cold and I was somewhat surprised by the tone of the conversation.
Very negative experience, If you don't want to hire a candidate that is fine, but be respectful of their choices even if that does not align with your hiring criteria. Recruiters should be trained to be more respectful
