The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Singapore)
Interview
Was called by the initial recruiter for a phone screen with standard questions such as background, interest in the role etc. Subsequently was emailed a few weeks later asking for current salary. I responded stating that I wasnt willing to share and was interested in ensuring the role was right fit. Got no response. Feels like they were just fishing for salary data.
I applied online. I interviewed at Salesforce (New York, NY) in Aug 2019
Interview
standard interview with hiring managers and other related parties. They were cordial asked good questions both personal and professional. I felt at ease with the culture. They asked me questions of how I approach customers and mixed in behavior questions.

How I handle difficult customers for an important deal
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Salesforce (Sydney) in Jul 2019
Interview
I initially completed a phone interview with an HR staff member who worked with me throughout the hiring process (I was referred by a former Direct Report that had moved on to work for Salesforce). I then moved on to a meeting with the Hiring Manager, followed by a meeting with my '1 Up' Manager. Finally, I was given a deck to prepare an hour-long briefing covering my leadership style, sales methodology, etc. This was delivered to four senior leaders. Once the interview process was completed, Salesforce conducted four discussions with former colleagues before ultimately making the decision to hire me.
