Salesforce Senior Manager interview questions

1st round interview was a phone call with the recruiter - fairly basic overview of role, salary range, benefits, etc. - and a few "tell me about a time" questions were thrown in. 2nd round interview was a 30-minute video call with a peer - she asked 5 behavioral questions.

Process: Initial Phone Screen, 2 Rounds of Interviews, and a Panel Presentation. Overall great recruiting experience; it went rather quickly (~ a month). The recruiter was fantastic and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Interviews were more conversations vs running through a list of scripted questions. One of the more positive experiences I've had that I can remember (from a big tech and management consulting perspective).
