Hiring process took approximately 3 months from recruiter screen to offer letter. Overall, an okay interview process. The only part that was frustrating was waiting so long between interviews and not getting responded back to quickly. Though, I think that was more of my recruiters fault than the hiring manager. I was also told my 2nd & 3rd interview would be completely technical, however they were completely behavioral in nature, so I spent time preparing on the wrong topics. I would verify with your recruiter what the nature of your interviews are so the same doesn’t happen to you.
