There were 2 Rounds of interview Technical and HR. There were different pannels. They came only for female candidates. One pannel was taking 35 min interview and other only 10min. I cleared technical but they didnot had the time to take hr interview.They had to catch flight so they rejected the students whose hr was not done.

I attended an interview with Schnieder for the role of mechanical design engineer. The interview process was very comfortable and organised. First an online test is conducted after which passed candidates are called for a GD. Those who pass the GD undergo technical interview. Those who pass that undergo hr and managerial interview.

Basic Strength of Materials questions. stress strain, stress strain curve, Failure theories, also they might ask you to draw the front and top view of an object and write the angle of projection. Also everything you write in your CV will be questioned.
