I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Hongkong) in Jul 2021
Interview
Pretty straightforward:
1st Stage: Automated video interview
2nd Stage: Final Panel Interview (Video Call)
The team was really nice and facilitated the interview process very well. They in fact called before every stage to ensure that we knew how the process was going to play out.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. What are some of the challenges you've faced in your previous role?
2. How would you describe your communications style?
3. What makes you a good candidate?
4. What motivates you?
There is a digital interview that includes 6 questions. The first 4 questions are some basic questions. 2 questions in English, 1 in Cantonese, and 1 in Mandarin. The last 2 questions are your expected graduate date and expected salary.
