I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Schneider Electric
Interview
Two telephonic interviews some technical, some project management. Went well so management asked for personal interview.
Personal Interview:
Nobody informed how the exact process was going to work. Total 5 people came one by one to take interview and it was not until my first interview was over that I got to know the actual process when I asked specifically.
After first person/round second guy comes in and asks how to resolve issues that they're facing currently with just a brief description. I thought it was absurd.
Third person comes in who isn't even aware what position is and what is the job description. He asks some random questions and leaves.
Fourth person conducts interview like he's taking an interview of a fresher.
Finally last person who's head of the division and questions the experience. Commenting why didn't you earn experience in the field other than the one I'm working in. When asked about the job description he too is not aware.
It was totally waste of time and money to attend the interview. Management need to take a look at resume before calling for an in-person interview.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Cambridge, MA) in Apr 2017
Interview
Took 4 weeks for HR to reach out and not because of resume submission but because of employee referral. I did finally met with hiring manager and had phone calls with potential coworkers. HR did call and ask what salary range was (so be prepared!).

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Vancouver, BC) in Nov 2017
Interview
The interview was over the phone with the hiring manager. They asked me to go over my resume and talk about my previous experience. I got asked behavioural questions, mostly related to my successes and failures during my professional career. I also got asked questions about specific requirements for the role I applied for.
