4 interviews in one week, all of them with different levels of management including the director, and only one person per interview, everyone was nice and focused more on my questions to them than making questions. The offer was confirmed in the last interview. Everything was smooth and fast.

It great, I was told by each that I was definitely a running to go final stages, then DEAD SILENCE, no response, nothing.. not even thanks but no thanks! It was disappointing since we are all desperate to get a job since so many layoffs in tech.

A lady from talent acquisition asked me a few questions and just simply rejected without any reasons articulated. The communication took so long. It was more like interrogation rather than interview.

Interview
The interview process at SentinelOne was a truly positive experience from start to finish. It included an initial screening with the People team, followed by several rounds with the hiring manager and other team members. Everyone I met was sharp, well-prepared, and respectful of my time — all interviews started on time and felt meaningful.
Even though I didn’t receive an offer due to the high level of competition, I can only be grateful for having had the chance to meet such talented and professional people.
