SentinelOne interview questions

Well scheduled and engaging interview process. Sounds like a decent organization working on some tough and exciting problems. Intro interview was very casual and exploratory. The recruiter was professional and on time.

Interview process was a complete disaster. First, the job was advertised as a full time position at a rather large pay rate. Upon being contacted by HR, it was discovered the WRONG job spec had been issued. The job was a 4 month contract and the duties were different. Then an interview was held with the Hiring Manager who tried the cancel the interview 5 minutes before the interview. It was not cancelled. The Hiring Manager passed on a decision and stated an Interview Panel would be convened for the next round. But that would be 1-2 weeks down the road. I contacted the company twice after that. The second contacted resulted in an HR email saying the position had been filled. NO Interview Panel. The whole thing was a complete sham. If I were a candidate looking at this company, I would stop looking and go elsewhere ASAP! A confused mess of a company.
