Interview
First a phone screen, general questions and fundamental role-based questions related to the programming languages they use, in my case Golang and Python. The focus was on evaluating the candidate's foundational knowledge in these languages. Lasted around 30 mins.
The next round was the DSA round, which was notably interactive. The interviewer was fully engaged, providing support and guidance throughout the problem-solving process. The questions were generally Medium/Easy LC problems. This round was a very positive experience. Lasted for around 75 mins.
Lastly there was a HLD/LLD discussion. The focus was on various system components, with an in-depth exploration of topics like Databases, Caches etc. The interviewers were knowledgeable and facilitated a great discussion. Toward the end, HM asked a few behavioral and STAR-based questions. Lasted around 90 mins.
