The worst interview process. 1 The interviewer got me to wait for 15 mins after joining the call and waiting for the other person to join. 2. They were asking what they know and wanted the answers they want. 3. Asked questions like they are hiring an all-rounder guy who can do all tasks. 4. I think this company is not good for anyone to join.

First meeting with HR to explain position expectation and talk about my experience. Then technical meeting with technical team which leads to homework if technical meeting is a success. Technical skills are more global during these meetings and then the technical deep dive takes place at the homework step.
