Interview
I was told the interview for the management position would have a "short" skills test. Interview ended up being completely technical and very deep-dive on several technologies - no questions on leadership or IT service management, and the hiring manager was impatient throughout the call. When I got the rejection email a week later, the position title had changed to "Sr. IT Engineer," which it should have been to begin with.
