SentinelOne Senior Release Manager interview questions

Due to the holiday season the process got prolonged to something like 2 months. First 3 levels of the interviews were really smooth and pleasant experiences with swift feedback and thumbs up. The final round with a VP of technology seemed to go just fine, but what followed was a radio silence for almost another 3 weeks, before getting a negative decision, without any relevant feedback. All the people I have spoken to within the process were also dissappointed, because they recommended hire and did not understand the reasons for not sending the offer in the end. Quite disappointing to me personally and a lot of time and effort wasted in the process.
