Well planned with quite a number of rounds depend on the seniority of the roles. First round is with recruiter / HR, followed by reporting manager and department director. There could be a side round with other department counterparts that will have close work interactions on the role applied before the final department director's interview.

There was 1 HR, 1 Hiring Manager, and 1 HoD interview. The HR round was a screening round, and the following 2 rounds were data focused case interviews, behavioural questions, situational questions, and past experience questions. Whole process from 1st interview to last was about 8 business days.

HR call to gauge fit then online assessment followed by face to face interview with manager. Case study was given during interview. Overall process was very smooth and lasted about a month.
