Shopee Business Intelligence Associate Vietnam interview questions

Very long and they don't really have a clear process. Me and my friend both apply to the position and we went through very different process. And the HR people don't really have a consistent recruitment plan on hand. They led me on for more than 2 months with the interview process and then reject for an unsatisfactory reason. My feedback for Shopee's HR team is to communicate within the team more often before you give out info to candidate and please respect candidates' time.
