Overall the process took a month, but some of my batchmates got from screening to final interview within 1 week. I applied online and interviewed onsite at Shopee SG. Besides initial screening there were 2 (official) rounds, but for each round I had to pass through 2 tests. Competency test + HR behavioral interview in the first round, a group discussion and manager interview in the second round. The competency test isn't job-specific, just tests your IQ and data skills. From speaking with current employees I understand that the group discussion won't be necessary for more senior roles. HR and line manager was super open to questions during the interviews, and results were sent out pretty fast (I literally got my offer on the next business day after the last interview). My advice is to do your homework regarding role+industry research, and show enthusiasm. Interviewers want to see you collaborate well with others, have genuine passion and know at least the basics about the job.

Hr interview - study case - no feedback after that. The former recruiter said that i’m in advance stage and she handed over to the new recruiter, i tried to follow up to the new recruiter but there’s no reply
